Introduction

Go on a whimsical adventure for Cats! Big ones, small ones, ones that climb on fences, All the Cats! Explore and solve some mild puzzles in a simple minimalistic world.

Game Description

This game was made using the Bitsy game engine which is a very simple and easy to use tool for creating simple and small games, allowing you to focus on just a few core ideas and designs.

The CONTROLS are only the Arrow Keys, or, alternatively, WASD on your keyboard.

You move your Avatar/Character using those controls, and you can interact with objects by walking into them.

Thank you onionnnn!!!! I am super pleased you made it through the whole game and even enjoyed it!!!

What was confusing about the items? Hopefully they should dissappear from your inventory when they get used, and then your Quest Completion goes up. (which you can check by looking at the [?} box/sprite, or by checking in with the King every now and then.

the thing with the items was that i think i had like 5 of them when i realized i could go to the end? that i seemed to have helped every cat?? bc for a while i kept trying to find more cats i could help i guess-- otherwise it all makes sense!

Ah yes, the requirement for the King to throw you a party/gala is actually lower than the total amount of possible quests. I was afraid people might get frustrated/bored not being able to do some of the harder quests, so I made it easier to reach the final goal total of quests. However there are still extra (/secret) quests you can do if you want. (and I think there's an easter egg thrown in there somewhere). By my tabulation, there are 30 "main" quests, and 5 "sub/secret" quests. The goal I set to get the ending is just 25 I believe. So, the highest score possible should be 35 in total I believe.

Thanks again for playing out my game!! You are an amazing onion!!!

ooh! that makes sense!!! dang... i need to replay :P i must get all the quests!!!!

It's a very different from the usual games you see made on this engine. There's surprising amount of depth (including the great opening sequence) and it actually gives a lot of gameplay. At first, I felt like I was going to get lost in that maze of rooms.

I'd like to invite this game to take part in our contest, the Game Development World Championship!
